Shipping Info

• All Shipping / Postage / Freight costs are to be paid by the buyer before the goods are sent.

• Posting cut-off is 3pm. Any orders placed after this time can not be picked up until the following day by our shipping agents.

• Postage days are Monday to Friday. We apologies, but nothing will be sent on weekends.

• No postage will occur on Australian Public Holidays.

• The cut-off for Christmas postage is 3pm on Wednesday the 16th of December 2015. Friday the 18th of December 2015 for local Brisbane/SE.QLD area delivers.
Any orders received after this date will not be shipped until the new year. for 2016, that is Wednesday the 6th of Jan.

• If you require your purchase before a Public Holiday, the Christmas - New Years period, or Easter, it is best to buy early, so we have time to ship your goods to you. Please understand that we can not express post items to you at the last minute before these holidays, and guarantee you will get them.

• If an item is required to be returned due to fault / warranty checks, or any other reason, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Murchison Products ships all items securely, and fully packaged. We are not responsible for damage during shipping (which is the responsibility of the shipping agent.) Any and all risk of possible damage to the product is assumed to be agreed upon by the purchaser, upon agreeing to have an item shipped out.

• Insurance on shipping Items is available at addition cost to the buyer.

• Large items (such as Front & Rear Bars, and Bonnets) may require special shipping, and the cost of such might need to be paid separately. In these circumstances, a notice is placed on each affected product page, and the buyer will have to ring Murchison Products on (07) 3205 5011 to arrange & pay for shipping.
