When adding more weight and larger tyres we all feel that reduction in acceleration and unfortunately an increase in fuel consumption.  ECU remaps are super common these days but there isn’t an option out there for the security locked Ineos ECU.  There is another alternative however being a BMW based engine – the Bluespark Automotive custom tuning module is a plug and play unit with pre loaded maps specifically for the Grenadier, the dyno work and R&D have been done as this vehicle has now been around for a while longer in the UK then here in Australia.

We’ve teamed up with a UK based company to use their Grenadier specific module and the results speak for themselves. It comes with 5 preloaded Grenadier maps and gives you the flexibility to adjust these maps safely and user friendly via mobile app that blue tooth’s to the unit.

Run Down…..   49Hp and 98Nm at the wheels with completely smooth factory curve

  • Plug and Play unit that connects to the fuel rail and boost sensors.

This twin channel unit controls fuel and boost pressure in harmony. Helping to maintain near factory Air/Fuel Ratios and EGTs throughout the rev range.

  • Engine Specific Software.

The Bluespark module comes with software designed and set up specifically for your engine; we do not provide generic ‘one device fits all’ tunes as many other companies do.

Detailed installation and user guide

The unit is supplied with photographic instructions provided for installation and adjustment.

Installation and removal on the majority of cars is a breeze and can be completed in minutes.

  • 5 User Selectable Power Curves to suit your requirements, ranging from economy mode to all out performance. **Now available with Bluetooth Control**

The settings can be changed by accessing the adjustment feature inside the tuning box or via the Bluespark smartphone app (you will need to add Bluetooth control to you order to use the Bluespark app).

The unit is supplied on map C, this is a good balance of performance and economy. We recommend using this setting for the first 200 miles.

Maps A and B offer milder levels of tune, providing a smoother more responsive drive without larger peak power gains.

Maps D and E are higher performance maps, with map D generally focusing on maximum torque gains whilst Map E generally looks to apply tune right across the rev range.

The unit also has a fine tune adjustment to allow for smaller scale changes to the mapping.

  • Robust, weatherproof and long lasting.

To enhance reliability and longevity, all of our units are built using aluminium casing, keeping the internal components protected from under bonnet environments.

Our wiring harnesses are designed to work in the high temperatures produced by your engine.

Boost & RPM Detection

Using our unique Boost Sense™ feature combined with Rev Sense™ RPM detection, fuelling accuracy is vastly improved over tuning boxes from other manufacturers.

This accuracy allows our units to make the maximum torque possible whilst remaining 100% DPF friendly.

DPF Compatible

The Pro+Boost will provide your engine with the maximum level of torque whilst retaining clean emissions and therefore excellent DPF compatibility.

No Smoke

Conventional tuning modules without Boost Sense™ cannot accurately transition between off-boost and on-boost fuelling. This causes black smoke (particulates) to be created when the turbocharger is not producing boost.

Most tuning boxes either allow this to happen, clogging your DPF or reduce the level of fuelling which in turn means that the engine will not make the optimum level of torque.

Excellent Engine Reliability

The Pro+Boost’s Boost Control™ will alter the amount of turbocharger pressure available to the engine to keep AFR’s (air to fuel ratios) relatively consistent. This allows clean combustion; excellent torque and low exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

Maintaining low EGTs is useful when running a high level of tune particularly for vehicles that are under heavy loads such as those used for towing. This prevents components from overheating and causing reliability issues.
