0. Product Usage and Purchase Agreements
All products sold by Murchison Products through retail and wholesale are sold strictly as off road use only. It is up to the individual and or owner of the vehicle to determine whether that product is suitable for use and or application. Murchison Products holds no responsibility or liability for any of the products sold or contained in this website or otherwise including products sold over the counter.
Please understand that Murchison Products cannot be held responsible for the impact of any changes subsequently made by any vehicle manufacturer. If you find something has changed please contact us to let us know.
0.01. Warranty
All Products sold by Murchison Products that have a manufacturers warranty will be subject to that warranty and it's limitations. If a product has a defect from the manufacturer, we will work with you to solve the issue. The return of goods purchased through either the Murchison Products Web Site, or over the counter is subject to our discretion, and within a reasonable time frame. This time frame is set at Murchison Products discretion. Labour costs, freight costs and income loss are not covered by ANY Warranties on this site, its owners or the products contained here within.
0.02. Returns
All returned goods for non-warrenty issues are to be given as 'Store Credit' and are subject to between a 10% to 20% restocking fee (depending on the item.) This is non-negotiable as Murchison Products does not provide cash-back refunds, except where the products supplied is clearly defective and warranty exchange can not take place. All Labour and/or Freight costs will be paid for by the consumer should they choose to pursue the warranty policy or controlled return for refund / credit of said product. No compensation will be paid for monetary or time wise.
0.03. Shipping
Postage is to be paid on all items by the customer unless otherwise stated, eg: An item is advertised as having 'shipping included'. Shipping charges are subject to change based on price updates given to Murchison Products. If the purchased item is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is liable for any and all shipping fees associated with re posting the item.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Murchison Products and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Australia . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Murchison Products failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
