Chief Products WK2 Roof Rack – 2 x Plank Kit

Planks are a key building block of Chief’s modular roof rack system. This KIT includes (2) Planks; measuring 1146mm (45.12″) long, 156mm (6.14″) wide and an amazing 25mm (0.98″) thin. The Planks are designed so they can be easily bolted to our Mounting Rails in various configurations. This allows you to create a ‘Roof Platform’ that best suits your needs. It also enables you to easily add/move/change your Planks to meet whatever future needs may arise. Best of all, each Plank provides two channels for captive T-Nuts. This feature allows you to bolt/fasten to the Plank at any point along the entire length of the Plank.

Chief Products utilise a proprietary Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Alloy and an advanced Extrusion Manufacturing Process that allows us to deliver Planks with an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio. As an example, one of our Planks can easily hold a 300kg person (standing directly in the middle of a 1.2M Plank) and it only weighs 2.5kg.
