The Overland Edition is designed to provide maximum functionality when Overlanding. We start with our Mounting Rails, then add (4) Planks, (8) End-Caps (featuring 7 slots just like the traditional Jeep grille), our Roof Top Tent KIT (to make RTT installation super easy) and finish with (4) Tie-Down Plates. The modular design allows you to easily remove/reposition the planks to suit the needs of your current adventure. The Tie-Down Plates are designed to be multi-functional and can accommodate numerous accessories and tie-down strap configurations. This configuration delivers industry leading load ratings (150kg dynamic & 600kg static) and a nearly unlimited amount of mounting locations for accessories.

Tie-Down Plates are engineered to provide numerous ways to secure gear and accessories to your roof rack. They clamp securely between our Planks in a way that allows them to easily move and fasten anywhere along the entire length of the Planks. Manufactured from Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Alloys and High-Strength Steel, they’re extremely strong to meet the high demands they’re sure to encounter. The centre acts as an easy tie-down location, while the slots on either end hold captive T-Nuts (M8 & M10) that can be used to fasten/bolt just about any accessory you can find. Best of all, when clamped in place they sit completely flush, providing a completely smooth top surface for your platform.
This T-Nut Kits includes three sizes (M6, M8 & M10) to accommodate any accessory you find. Designed to fit perfectly within our Planks and Tie-Down Plates. These high-tensile 10.9 Grade T-Nuts can handle anything you throw at them. Blackened to look great when installed, and coated in Black Oxide to ensure they stay that way even in the most hostile environments.
